Welcome to a new very hip and extraordinary event space in Philadelphia.  It’s called Artesano Ironworks Gallery and we just LOVE it.    

Artesano is an early twentieth-century renovated warehouse that has been converted to a truly gorgeous 10,000 s.f. loft style indoor/outdoor event space. The space itself is so so cool, but then, there’s the magnificent hand forged iron art work all over the place. Upstairs, the gallery of amazing artwork hangs above a floor of elegantly restored polished hardwood oak. Downstairs, the tres-chic cocktail area downstairs connects with a truly cool European-inspired outdoor courtyard that is totally unforgettable. And it has its own plentiful parking (a major plus in Philly)!

Eclatante was thrilled to help create an open house for Artesano. Take a look at these amazing photos by Gerald Tomko Photography – I think you’ll see the Open House was a great success.   All the details — the flowers (by, of course, Beautiful Blooms), the aesthetically pleasing and super-tasty food (by Jeffrey Miller Catering) and the amazing lighting (beautifully executed by Rian Winther of Eventions Productions) made this Open House really unique and beautiful in every way.

Leila Miller

joins Eclatante as

Director of Special Events

Eclatante is thrilled to announce that Leila Miller has joined the staff of Eclatante Event Design as its Director of Special Events. 

Lelia has been a major part of the Philadelphia hospitality and events scene for many years.  Prior to joining Eclatante, Leila was an event planner for one of Philadelphia highest acclaimed catering companies – Feastivities Events.   Leila has planned and expertly executed literally hundreds of weddings and special events in the Philadelphia area.  She has appeared on HGTV and her events and expert opinions have been featured in Philadelphia Weddings, The Knot and Philadelphia Brides Magazine.  Leila was the 2007 Greater Philadelphia Chapter ISES Liberty Award Winner for Best Wedding Planner and the 2006 finalist for the Event Solutions Spotlight Rising Star Award.

Eclatante has been privileged to work with Leila on many events over the years.    At every one,  I was totally impressed with her unflappable ability to keep the party running perfectly.    Her precision and attention to detail, combined with her ability to provide clients with extraordinary guidance and attention – even the occasional shoulder to lean on — will make her an excellent addition to Eclatante.  She has an uncanny ability to keep it fun while commanding perfection for each event she works on. I am thrilled to have her on board.

I have been looking forward to posting these photos since the first time I saw them months ago.  Marie Labbancz shot this crazy beautiful couple at the dramatic Eastern State Peniteniary.   The funny thing is, taking post-ceremony photos at Eastern State Penitentiary was our Plan B photography strategy. The “fair weather plan” (“Plan A”) was ditched because of the torrential and relentless downpour we experienced on the day Roseann & Paal were married. Roseann was so apprehensive when the rains began, but everything happens for a reason, eh?   Turns out, as you can see, Plan B ROCKED!   The hardest part about this post was choosing from among the dozens of stunning photos Marie took. Roseann & Paal had so much fun running around the Penitentiary and Marie caught it all!
